This five-time Tony Award®-winning production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol returns to Melbourne’s Comedy Theatre for a strictly limited 5-week season from 27 November.
On a winter Christmas Eve, the cold-hearted miser Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by four ghosts. Taken on a journey through the past, present, and future, he witnesses the consequences of a life ruled by greed and fear—and glimpses the possibility of joy, kindness, and redemption. Can Scrooge be saved before it’s too late?
This magical interpretation delights audiences of all ages with dazzling staging, a moving story, and beloved carols including “Joy to the World”, “Silent Night”, and “It Came Upon the Midnight Clear”.
