In a New York City dressing room, Broadway legend Margo Channing meets her most devoted fan, Eve Harrington. Margo reigns supreme over the theatre world, and Eve seems eager to help in any small way she can.
But Margo knows what every woman in her position eventually learns: danger is never far away. The same society that elevates you is just as quick to drag you down. Eve may appear timid, but she’s far from inexperienced. The newcomer is eyeing the crown — and no one wants to hear an ageing actress sound the alarm.
Artistic Director Dean Bryant brings the classic Hollywood film to the stage in a bold new vision, with the brilliant Christie Whelan Browne redefining ambition in the dual roles of Margo and Eve. Also featuring Christina O'Neill, All About Eve casts a sharp light on the double-edged nature of female power and questions why our obsession with fame and youth remains unshakeable.
